The Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial was a very inspiring site to view. It shows me that you should stand up for what you believe in and what you think is right without violence. He stood up for civil rights for African-American citizens, and he had one of, if not the biggest, impact on why the Civil Rights Movement was a success. Without him, it probably wouldn't have happened the same way.
The Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial was a very touching and emotional site that I'd love to visit again. The sculpture and architecture was amazing. This is one of the best sites I've seen yet.
